Your role
As a Manufacturing Engineer in our Manufacturing Production team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative production processes to ensure the efficency, quality and safety of our production of engineered to order centrifugal compressors Your will collaborate cross-functionally to drive the optimization of manufacturing layouts, enhance production operations, and ensure compliance with regulations.You will report to the Manufacturing Team Leader.
You will
- Technical & Process Expertise: Provide technical support and training in welding and paintaing process. Ensure Compliance with welding codes and hazardous materials reporting. Develop and implement paint/coating processes and support welder testing.
- Engineering & Design Collaboration: Participate in design reviews and customer inspections. Collaborate across engineering teams to ensure manufacturing compatability. Review customer specifications and support documentation of standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Apply lean principles (Kaizen, value stream mapping, 5S) to improve efficiency. Contribute to companywide process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
- Project & Investment Support: Prepare capital investment proposals and manage approved budgets.
- Leadership & Operational Support:Provide direction to manufacturing teams and support daily operations.

- You hold a Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or similar engineering discipline.
- You have at least one year of using an ERP system and MS Office software.
- You have knowledge of lean manufacturing and agile engineering principles.
- You have knowledge of welding and painting processes.
