Compensation: 

The salary range is $50.83/hour to $79.43/hourly. The salary is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status.


Located in beautiful Seattle, Washington. Hours:  4-10's/ Weekdays / Day Shift. This position is in an outpatient setting, no-call/standby or weekend work.

Position Summary:

  • Utilizes an MRI scanner and power injector. Starts IVs and administers various contrast agents
  • Appropriately protocol all orders in advance 
  • Properly screen orders prior to scan for any precautions or contraindications including, but not limited to implanted devices 
  • Provides patient care services in a professional and compassionate manner
  • Organizes and monitors patient flow to meet company productivity, quality, health, and safety standards
  • Efficiently multitask while providing excellent patient care, and maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Handle confidential patient information with discretion and compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Ability to de-escalate conflict situations with minimal supervisory assistance but able to recognize when a situation is beyond individual training/expertise and requires assistance

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology program or other compatible course of study   
  • Washington State Radiologic Technologist - Diagnostic license required (Washington State X-ray license, ARRT)
  • Advanced registry in MRI required 
  • Current certification in Healthcare Provider BLS/CPR
  • 1 year experience as a successful MRI tech preferred
  • Demonstrates a professional demeanor in appearance and behavior in all work-related interactions
