We’re hiring a People Ops – Onboarding & Recruitment Coordinator (Contract 8 weeks) to play a key role in how new talent joins and grows at Apera. You’ll manage interviews scheduling and communications during recruitment, ensure smooth onboarding experiences, and support a people-focused projects as we scale.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and excited about building structure and consistency in a fast-moving startup environment.

- Support People Ops Projects: Assist with rec recruitment engagement surveys, culture initiatives, and candidate communications.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline scheduling, communications, and onboarding workflows.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, onboarding, or HR administration
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional yet approachable style
- Passion for creating positive experiences for candidates and employees
- Comfort with tools such as ATS platforms (Greenhouse)
- Able to start on Monday, October 13
