Description

A.T. Still University's Enrollment Services is seeking a non-exempt, full-time Coordinator Enrollment Services (FA) for the Kirksville, Missouri campus. This position reports to the Assistant Director Student Financial Aid - Enrollment Services. The Coordinator Enrollment Services (FA) will help prepare offers and process federal and private loans for residential and online students for three campuses.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinates financial aid packaging and processing, including sending award letters and follow-up.
  • Responsible for the initial process review of ISIRs for all students (resolve SSN issues and default notices, etc.). 
  • Helps monitor student completion of entrance and exit compliance requirements.
  • Completes private loan applications.
  • Reviews aid adjustment due to scheduling changes.
  • Tracks student's progress in Financial Aid process and notifies them of incomplete steps.
  • Processes all withdraws and assists with calculation of refunds. 

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor degree required. 
  • Title IV experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of ATSU and academic programs preferred. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
