What You’ll Do
As the Front Desk Supervisor, you’re the command center of our guest experience — leading a team that sets the tone from the moment guests walk through our doors. You’ll:
- Supervise all aspects of Front Desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and everything in between
- Lead by example with a service-first mindset and strong operational discipline
- Train, coach, and empower Front Desk associates to deliver exceptional hospitality
- Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues, and elevate every interaction into a positive experience
- Monitor business levels, forecast challenges, and implement effective solutions on the fly
- Maintain a polished, organized lobby and uphold brand standards at all times
- Ensure compliance with cashiering procedures, security protocols, and accounting policies
- Review daily arrivals, departures, VIP lists, and special requests to ensure flawless execution
- Collaborate with leadership and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma (some college a plus)
- Strong communication skills — verbal and written
- Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations accurately
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts in a 24/7 environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience (hospitality strongly preferred)
- Guest relations or training experience
- Fluency in Spanish a plus
