The Product Manager will play a key role in driving the success of our product portfolio. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to delivery, ensuring that our products meet customer needs and business goals. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on execution.
Requirements
What you'll be doing
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities for innovation.
- Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on business impact and customer value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment of product objectives and drive execution.
- Lead the development process from ideation to product launch, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously refine product offerings and ensure that they meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Monitor product performance post-launch, using metrics and feedback to guide iterations and improvements.
- Regularly communicate progress, challenges, and successes to key stakeholders across the organization.

Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in market research and competitive analysis.
- Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment.
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and customer needs.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
