We are seeking a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for utilizing different channels to search for potential - qualified candidates and help to build talent pipelines for our open requisitions. You will source talent for the world’s largest provider of automated test equipment (ATE) in the semiconductor industry. A key element for this position is the ability to attract highly competitive and experienced candidates to join our team.
You will provide support to the Advantest America Inc. Human Resources function in the areas of HRIS/Compensation/Benefits, Staffing/Employment. Responsibilities include multitude of activities such as sourcing and screening candidates, acting as a consultant to Hiring Managers throughout the hiring process, and provide detailed assessments for candidates and recommending compensation amounts using internal pay ranges and processes.
Responsibilities include:
- Strategize and communicate with HR and Hiring Managers for available positions and their requirements.
- Consult and meet regularly with hiring managers to ensure understanding of job requirements, review sourcing and advertising options.
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
- Interface with hiring managers and candidates.
- Develop sourcing strategies to effectively source candidates through networking, career fairs, Internet postings, passive recruiting, employee referrals, etc.
- Maintains social media and professional networks to interact with potential candidates.
- Maintain and update ADP Recruiting Management applicant tracking system.
- Manages candidate interview schedule with HR and hiring managers.
- Evaluate skill level and provide guidance to internal/external candidates throughout the interview process.
- Work with various Staffing agencies to recruit and interview for onboarding temporary workers.
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
- Communicates updates to the appropriate HR teams on a bi-weekly basis.
- Assist with job offer and new employee onboarding when required.
- Attend job fairs locally and out of state as needed.
- Present company information at job fairs, meetings, etc. as needed.
- Travel required.
- All other duties as assigned.
