Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Post open positions as directed using Savio’s HRIS, school websites and other sites as required to attract qualified candidates,
- Full responsibility for recruitment, hiring and processing of new employees and interns,
- Responsible for onboarding of new employees, including background checks, setting up electronic personnel file, setting up Savio equipment for the new hire,
- Represent Savio at Career Functions/Events as assigned by the HR Manager,
- Setup and maintain electronic filing of all personnel records,
- Responsible for off-boarding of all personnel upon their departure from Savio,
- Conduct orientation presentation and assist new employees in logging into their equipment,
- Responsible for assisting with the administration of Savio Employee Benefit programs,
- Respond to employment verifications in a prompt manner.
- Assist in maintaining the HRIS.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred
- 2 + years HR experience preferred.
