Join our Toyota Material Handling Team as a Parts Procurement Analyst!
The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Parts Procurement Analyst who brings energy, decisiveness, and a solutions-driven mindset to the table. In this role, you will support the strategic management of Toyota’s parts programs by ensuring quality, pricing, and availability give us a competitive edge in the marketplace. You’ll collaborate with internal partners and external suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels, secure on-time delivery, and enhance the overall customer experience. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and implement best practices in inventory management and material control.
- Partner with vendors to reduce lead times, expedite orders, and achieve industry-leading customer fill rates.
- Monitor daily vendor orders to ensure accurate and on-time delivery, while resolving purchase order or invoicing discrepancies.
- Review and negotiate vendor cost adjustments to ensure accuracy and competitiveness of parts costs.
- Use data dashboards to manage inventory, track supplier performance, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Support the procurement management team with purchasing activities and special projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing Management, Supply Chain or related field.
- 3 + years of purchasing or supply chain experience.
- Ability to travel up to 10–20% of the time.
What Sets You Apart:
- CPSM or other supply chain certification.
- Experience with SAP and Power BI.
Where and When You’ll Work:
- Enjoy the best of both worlds with a hybrid schedule—collaborate in person at our Columbus, Indianna office 3 days a week and work remotely 2 days a week.
- Standard first shift hours are expected.
What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:
Salary - $65,400 - $94,600 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
Relocation: This role may be eligible for relocation assistance.
