Job Summary:
Looking for top-tier, multi-craft industrial maintenance professionals ready to dive into the trenches. Are you an ace at maintaining, troubleshooting, and setting up industrial equipment? Have you spent your career honing skills that let you fix anything with precision? Do you strive for obsessive cleanliness and organization, ensuring tools are stowed and work areas are spotless? We need battle-hardened Maintenance Technicians to support our high-volume, highly automated steel parts factory. With 5+ years of heavy industrial experience, you'll execute data-driven repairs, uphold safety protocols, and keep our defense-critical operations running with unyielding efficiency. Expect high stakes, tight deadlines, and a hands-on approach to fortify our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and setup of complex industrial equipment in a 12-hour shift environment.
Execute repairs on pneumatics, hydraulics, machine controls, PLCs, and robotics to minimize downtime and maximize uptime.
Conduct electrical troubleshooting, including 480-volt and low-voltage systems, with a focus on precision and safety.
Maintain and repair pumps, air compressors, and other critical systems in a fast-paced setting.
Adhere to LOTO / Control of Hazardous Energy procedures to protect team and operations.
Utilize CMMS for record keeping, planned maintenance, and processing work orders.Deliver clear communication for issue reporting and ensure work areas remain organized and clean post-task.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Heavy industrial maintenance experience (5+ years) in environments like manufacturing, mining, or oil & gas; proven hands-on skills in high-stakes, automated settings.
Technical Skills: Expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting pneumatics, hydraulics (including servos + proportional valve systems), machine controls, PLCs (Allen Bradley or Siemens), robotics, electrical systems, LOTO / Control of Hazardous Energy, CMMS record keeping, planned maintenance/work orders, pumps, and air compressors.
Work Style: Hands-on grit; thrives under pressure with a commitment to precision, safety, and organization.
Soft Skills: Strong communicator; data-driven problem-solver; dedicated to cleanliness and efficiency.
Physical Requirements: Ready to stand, lift (up to 50 lbs), and engage directly on the shop floor in a dynamic industrial setting.
