Pay range:  $112,100.00

Your role:

To ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of intercompany transactions and monthly recharges across CEVA’s U.S. and global entities. This position safeguards the integrity of financial data through detailed reconciliations, resolution of mismatches, and adherence to IFRS reporting standards. By collaborating closely with Controllers and Finance teams worldwide, the role supports smooth month-end closes, reduces audit risk, 

The Senior Specialist – Intercompany & Recharges is responsible for managing complex intercompany transactions and monthly recharges across multiple entities and regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in accordance with CEVA policies and IFRS reporting standards. This position partners closely with Controllers and Finance teams globally, prepares and reviews reconciliations, resolves mismatches, and supports month-end close activities.

Key Accountabilities- Manage Intercompany Transactions: Prepare, review, and post complex intercompany transactions, including monthly recharges for T&E, IT allocations, management fees, payroll cross-charges, and other non-trade expenses.

 Reconciliation & Variance Resolution: Analyze and reconcile intercompany balances monthly, identify mismatches, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner to maintain accurate financial records.

 Month-End Close Support: Ensure all intercompany activity is recorded accurately and on time for month-end closing, including FX revaluations and clearing entries, in compliance with IFRS standards.

Collaboration Across Regions: Partner with Controllers and Finance teams in the U.S. and internationally to confirm charges are captured, billed, and settled appropriately.

Audit & Compliance: Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for internal and external audits; maintain compliance with CEVA policies and accounting standards.

 Process Improvements: Maintain and enhance intercompany accounting procedures, identify opportunities for efficiency, and support automation/system enhancement initiatives (e.g., JDE, Kyriba, Blackline).

Team Support: Assist the broader accounting team during high-volume or critical periods to ensure deadlines and reporting requirements are met.

 

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years focused on intercompany or multi-entity accounting in a global organization.

  • Proven experience managing complex intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and monthly recharges (T&E, IT allocations, management fees, payroll cross-charges, and other non-trade expenses).

  • Strong understanding of IFRS accounting standards and intercompany principles.

  • Experience with enterprise systems such as JDE (JD Edwards), Kyriba, and Blackline preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data filtering, and analysis).

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume environments.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve mismatches.

  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across regions and functions.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional, international team.
