What You’ll Do:
Oversee floor operations and daily store routines
Ensure smooth, efficient, and fun shifts for both team and guests
Help onboard and coach team members using Dunkin’ training tools
Support a culture of growth, positivity, and learning
Set the tone for fast, friendly, and accurate service
Help resolve guest issues with professionalism and a smile
Assist with hitting sales, labor, and profit goals
Keep an eye on inventory, waste, and labor efficiency
Foster teamwork, accountability, and respect
Celebrate wins and coach through challenges
Ensure adherence to Dunkin’ standards, franchisee policies, and local law
Keep a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment. And other duties assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in quick service, retail, or restaurant leadership preferred
High-energy, people-first leadership style
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and grow with the brand
Ability to lift/move heavy items and stand for long periods
Must pass a background check
This position operates in a restaurant environment. Dunkin staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
