What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee floor operations and daily store routines

  • Ensure smooth, efficient, and fun shifts for both team and guests

  • Help onboard and coach team members using Dunkin’ training tools

  • Support a culture of growth, positivity, and learning

  • Set the tone for fast, friendly, and accurate service

  • Help resolve guest issues with professionalism and a smile

  • Assist with hitting sales, labor, and profit goals

  • Keep an eye on inventory, waste, and labor efficiency

  • Foster teamwork, accountability, and respect

  • Celebrate wins and coach through challenges

  • Ensure adherence to Dunkin’ standards, franchisee policies, and local law

  • Keep a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment. And other duties assigned. 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in quick service, retail, or restaurant leadership preferred

  • High-energy, people-first leadership style

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Willingness to learn and grow with the brand

  • Ability to lift/move heavy items and stand for long periods

  • Must pass a background check 

 

 

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Dunkin staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
