Backoffice Financial Assistant

The Role 

Within PwC’s Consulting division, we are looking to strengthen our Controlling team with a Backoffice Financial Assistant. This role is focused on supporting management control activities, particularly through the collection and processing of key performance data. We are looking for someone with administrative or financial skills who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze financial and operational data for internal reporting;
  • Monitor KPIs and assist in building performance dashboards;
  • Provide administrative support to the Controlling and Consulting teams;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes;
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of information. 

Your Profile: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, or related field;
  • Around 1 year of professional experience in administrative or financial roles (valued);
  • Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced level);
  • Minimum B2 level of English (spoken and written);
  • Proactive, curious, flexible, and eager to learn;
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and team spirit.
