About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Media Buyer to take full ownership of our Meta campaigns (Facebook/Instagram). This is not just a “launch and forget” role — we need someone who lives in the data, thinks strategically, and executes with precision. You’ll manage large budgets, multiple creatives, and campaigns across different audiences — ensuring performance, scalability, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns end-to-end.

  • Manage multiple campaigns and creatives simultaneously, ensuring A/B testing and performance tracking.

  • Analyze campaign data daily and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

  • Develop full-funnel strategies (awareness, retargeting, conversion).

  • Collaborate with creative/design teams to brief and refine ad assets.

  • Provide regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.

Stay up-to-date with platform updates, trends, and best practices.

Requirements

Required Skills

  • Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager with hands-on management of large-scale budgets.

  • Strong analytical mindset: ability to read data, spot trends, and pivot strategies quickly.

  • Deep understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, attribution, and pixel/tracking setups.

  • Experience managing multiple creatives and running structured A/B tests.

  • Excellent communication skills and accountability — must be on top of every detail.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience running Meta campaigns at scale (agency or brand side).

  • Demonstrated success in driving measurable results (leads, sales, ROAS).

  • Strong command of campaign tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta reporting, etc.).

  • Comfortable managing budgets ranging from mid-five figures to six figures monthly.
