How will you make an impact in this role?

Analyst, Commercial Acquisition

As a member of the New Card Acquisition Team, the Analyst, Commercial Acquisition will contribute to the success of our Commercial Card portfolios across our prospect channels and account set up journeys. This will include working closely with the Manager Corporate Account Acquisition for the ownership of our Corporate Card prospect site content, support for our SME and Corporate Sales colleagues, and oversight of our Corporate Card application and onboarding processes.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and process improvements, excellent analytical skills, and an aptitude towards innovation. They will require strong collaboration skills, working in close partnership with our Corporate Product, Risk Management, Implementation Sales and Account Development colleagues, along with our broader New Card Acquisition Team. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting acquisition strategies across our Corporate Card Products, including offers, target audiences and prospect facing product positioning.
  • Overseeing and driving strategic change across our Corporate Card Application and Onboarding journeys to improve the speed to market and overall client experience. 
  • Analyzing results and summarizing key findings to drive strategic recommendations.
  • Monitoring the competitive environment to ensure our products are positioned for success in the Canadian market.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies in the Corporate Onboarding process.
  • Providing continuous updates and communication on process changes, content and insights.
  • Collaborating with product, marketing and other key stakeholders to improve the client acquisition journey.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills.
  • Desire to collaborate with a demonstrated ability to thrive within a highly matrixed organization.
  • Proven ability to drive results while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence and proven ability to rally others around a vision.
