We are looking for an Internal and Managerial Communication Manager who will be responsible for bringing essential and central topics to every employee of the Group Vallourec.

You are responsible for defining and implementing the company's internal communications strategy, in particular to support its development and transformation.

 

You are responsible for communicating on the group's security and the commitments made with the "Together We are Safer" program, on the results and growth of the company as part of the "New Vallourec" plan, but also on employer branding and employee advocacy, CSR…

 

In that context, you will report directly to the Director of Global Communications.

 

Your main missions will be the following:

 

  • Build the group's internal communication strategy:

o Build 360° communication plans

o Set up an editorial calendar

o Set up an event schedule and manage their organization

o Develop innovative and relevant communication actions (audiovisual, digital, etc.)

o Write content

  • Coordinate the execution of internal communication actions across the diverse international subsidiaries.
  • Manage global communication projects by maintening relations with all stakeholders
  • Lead a network of international communicators
  • Be the key interlocutor of managerial functions and support them in their internal communication issues
  • Work in close collaboration with the various business departments depending on the projects (HRD, Safety Department, CSR Department, etc.).
  • Keep yourself informed of the group's activities on a daily basis.

Expected skills and experience:

  • You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate communication functions
  • You have solid editorial skills in English
  • Being native in english is a plus
