About the Role:
As a Change Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting one of the UK’s most critical energy infrastructure providers through major transformation programmes. Your focus will be on helping people adapt to new ways of working, ensuring effective communication, and embedding change so that it delivers lasting value.
This is not just about processes and documentation — it’s about people. You will be at the heart of designing and delivering change initiatives, identifying business impacts, and ensuring teams have the right knowledge, training and support to succeed.
As a Change Analyst, you will:
- Manage and support change activities aligned with customer strategies.
- Develop and deliver engaging communication campaigns tailored to diverse audiences.
- Identify key business impacts of change and work with stakeholders to manage them effectively.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes.
- Design training content and learning paths to support capability building.
- Conduct change impact assessments and support end-user adoption activities.
- Measure and track adoption, proficiency and business readiness.
- Monitor effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust approaches where needed.
- Report on change adoption progress, risks, issues and opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Change Analyst, Change & Adoption Manager or similar roles.
- Knowledge of change methodologies such as ADKAR / Prosci.
- Experience in rolling out communications and engagement plans across varied stakeholders.
- Ability to design and deliver clear, engaging communication and training plans.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to build relationships across business and technical teams.
- Experience supporting business process mapping, improvement and adoption tracking.
- Creative in delivering communications through multiple formats and channels.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
