Summary of Position:
The Customer Supply Chain Coordinator contributes to overall product availability and management of inventory. Through the management of inventory processes and supporting in sales order fulfilment, the coordinator will provide exceptional service to Morphe’s wholesale and e-commerce customers while delivering on our case fill rate (CFR) and inventory accuracy KPIs. The role is responsible for the accurate execution of a range of inventory transactions across third-party logistics (3PL) and internal systems, overseeing the end-to-end inbound supply process, and managing warehouse transfers. The role will lead the tester and stock clearance orders and associated inventory accuracy. This role collaborates with internal and external teams to optimize stock levels across UK and PL warehouses, supports website inventory management, resolves order issues, and ensures timely order fulfillment in line with contractual obligations.
The candidate should understand the principles of supply planning and order management, communicate clearly and be able to ideate process improvement.
Principle Accountabilities:
- Responsible for full inbound process, including raising orders, tracking shipments, coordinating the prompt receipts into the 3PL, ensuring accurate transactions in NetSuite, and liaising with colleagues in the global logistics and inventory teams to resolve any issues.
- Supports in the maintenance of inventory accuracy between 3PL systems and NetSuite, investigating and promptly resolving discrepancies.
- Execute inter-warehouse transfers between UK and PL facilities, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels and timelines.
- Collaborate with the Senior Customer Supply Planner to develop and implement inventory balancing strategies across warehouses.
- Monitor and manage inventory availability for direct-to-consumer websites, resolving order fulfillment issues in partnership with external teams.
- Leads on the management of inventory clearance orders and destructions, ensuring that inventory transactions are complete and discontinued items are exited precisely.
- Execute and monitor free-of-charge and customer order fulfilment processes to meet delivery and service expectations.
- Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure adherence to contractual order fulfilment timing and performance metrics.

Requirements
- Previous experience in supply chain coordination, inventory management, or logistics.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working with 3PL providers is a plus
- Flexibility to work with global colleagues in different time zones.
