- We’re looking for team members who bring the right attitude and are ready to make a difference.
- A basic understanding of food hygiene (training can be provided)
- Knowledge of retailer product standards and quality expectations (preferred)
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a focus on doing things the right way
- A collaborative approach and good communication skills

Your Key Responsibilities
- Handle raw sliced bacon, accurately identifying different cuts (e.g. prime or neck end)
- Load raw bacon into Multivac machines with speed, care, and precision
- Pack finished products neatly into cartons, boxes, or baskets, meeting customer specifications
- Inspect products for defects including label issues, grease in seals, damaged packaging, and blown packs
- Take full responsibility for housekeeping under our ‘clean as you go’ policy – in your area and across the site
- Build and sustain strong, respectful working relationships with colleagues
- Consistently maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and product quality
- Follow production processes and customer requirements with attention to detail
- Work collaboratively within a team, contributing to a positive working environment
- Be proactive in identifying and resolving production or quality issues
