We are now looking for a Talent Business Partner to join our team and contribute to delivering an exceptional learning and development experience across the organisation.

Requirements

  • Design and implement engaging learning programs that align with our company objectives.
  • Conduct thorough training needs assessments to pinpoint specific requirements.
  • Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Ensure high-quality and consistent training delivery by monitoring sessions effectively.
  • Explore both internal and external learning solutions to boost our capabilities.
  • Facilitate dynamic Management Development experiences that inspire behavioral transformation.
  • Assist managers in reinforcing learning objectives for their teams.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in the learning and development landscape.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Talent and Development.

Lead a variety of exciting Talent projects, including:

  • Creating a scalable onboarding program and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives.
  • Developing an attractive Employer Value Proposition.
  • Setting up Career Pathways for growth.
  • Rolling out Manager Essentials and Leadership Development programs.

The Person:

  • A successful track record of working as a Talent & Development professional ideally within sales environments and the technology sector.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience of leading the delivery of Management Development Programmes 
  • A fresh and innovative thinker that proactively identifies creative digital solutions to problems.
  • Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training software
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • A consultative mindset with the ability to provide solutions to complex problems in a growing global business. 
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in learning and development
  • CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning & Development or similar would be advantageous.
  • Technology industry experience is essential
