About this opportunity
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to serve as Head of People Infrastructure & Operations, responsible for the delivery, operations, and continuous improvement of our people technology platforms. This role ensures that our HR systems - particularly SAP SuccessFactors and related data infrastructure - are aligned with business needs, scalable, and future-ready.
What you will do
- Own the delivery and operations of core people platforms, including SuccessFactors, and related third-party HR technologies.
- Lead the configuration, architecture, and platform enablement efforts to ensure our technology landscape supports workforce strategy and business growth.
- Partner closely with SAP SuccessFactors to influence and align their product roadmap with our organizational needs.
- Enable the development of HR applications on top of our platforms by working in close collaboration with product managers, internal IT, external development partners, and UX teams.
- Oversee demand planning and governance of all application development and customization initiatives stemming from product and business roadmaps.
- Ensure data quality, compliance, and governance, supporting enterprise-wide data integrity and readiness for advanced analytics and AI use cases.
- Embed AI-readiness by preparing infrastructure, data models, and operational processes to support intelligent automation and augmentation across the HR function. Act as a key bridge between technical teams, vendors, and HR leadership, translating strategic goals into operational execution.
How We Measure Success
- Significant improvements in user experience, with SuccessFactors as the primary focus, followed by other people platforms.
- Seamless implementation of major HR applications on SuccessFactors, enabled through structured collaboration with our internal and external partners.
- Effective integration of third-party tools and software into the broader HR technology ecosystem.
- Rapid deployment of enterprise-grade AI use cases, both within HR-specific (vertical) and cross-functional (horizontal) platforms.
The skills you bring
• Proven leadership in HR technology delivery, ideally within large enterprise environments.
• Deep familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and experience managing its configuration, integration, and roadmap alignment.
• Strong understanding of HR data architecture, application development, and agile delivery methods.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams across IT, vendor ecosystems, and business functions.
• Hands-on management style, capable of both setting direction and supporting execution across multiple workstreams.
• Strategic mindset with operational discipline—able to anticipate platform needs and act as a key enabler of scalable, high-impact solutions.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the technological backbone of our people function and to directly enable the next generation of digital HR capabilities, including the responsible use of AI.
