Title: Spring Intern – Calibration (Cal-Tek)
Schedule: Full Time or Part Time – 20 to 40 hours per week – Flexible Schedule
Dates: Jan 12th through May 1st (dates can be flexible)
Location: On -Site (Billerica, MA)
About Us:
Cal-Tek Company assists commercial and industrial clients by performing calibrations, repairs and custom work for essential equipment in the electrical testing industry. Our capabilities include electronic, high voltage and power, mechanical, aircraft systems, biotech, environmental, on-site, and repair services. We cater our services to each client’s unique calibration needs. Our experienced technicians provide assistance to numerous industries working with test equipment, such as aviation and biotech. As part of the ATS family of companies, we can offer additional testing, inspection, and consulting engineering capabilities when clients need a broader scope of services.
Internship Overview:
As an intern on the Calibration team, you will have the opportunity to partner with our team to support electronic, force/torque, mechanical and other calibration services. The internship is going to include direct hands-on product calibration work to utilize your knowledge and gain great experience in the industry. This position is located at 20 Republic Road, North Billerica, Massachusetts 01862.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with leaders and other engineers/technicians to conduct hands-on product calibrations in our growing lab.
- Common tasks performed will include but not limited to: Calibration of common tools utilized in the machining, aerospace, and life science industries including multimeters, torque wrenches and others.
