99x Brazil is excited to announce an opening for a Business Analyst specializing in the Foodtech industry. We are looking for an analytical thinker with a passion for food and technology to help our clients innovate and optimize their product. You’ll be the bridge between data, product and operations: turning business problems into testable hypotheses, prioritizing initiatives, running quantitative and qualitative analyses, and delivering actionable recommendations to increase revenue, lower costs and improve partner/customer experience. Beyond data, you’re a product thinker with a UX lens — assessing experience, clarity and friction across customer and partner journeys.
Responsibilities
- Perform testing to ensure the quality and compliance of deliverables.
- Formulate hypotheses, design experiments or pilots (A/B tests or operational pilots) and measure impact.
- Prioritize initiatives using impact vs. effort frameworks and contribute to roadmaps.
- Translate business requirements into clear specs for Product and Engineering.
- Support forecasting, demand planning and S&OP when needed.
- Prepare executive-ready presentations and communicate recommendations to leadership.
- Assist with regulatory/compliance analyses relevant to the food industry (safety, labeling, etc.).
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- BSc or higher in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years in Business Analysis, Data/BI, Product Analytics or a related role
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar).
- Practical SQL skills; experience with Python or R is a plus for deeper analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and data storytelling skills.
- Experience defining KPIs, tracking experiment results and measuring business impact.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally.
