We are currently seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain our multi-building campus. In this role, you’ll perform preventative and routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure our facilities operate safely and efficiently.



Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

What You’ll Do

  • Repair and maintain facility equipment and amenities
  • Perform preventative maintenance and routine checks of building systems (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
  • Handle basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical trade work
  • Maintain exterior property, including snow removal as needed
  • Assemble, repair, move, and maintain office furniture/equipment
  • Use basic hand tools (specialty tool knowledge a plus)
  • Ensure a safe and well-functioning building environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership



Who You Are

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in facilities maintenance, construction, technical, or repair work
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communicator with interpersonal skills to work with diverse groups of people
  • Able to work independently, manage time, and self-supervise
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required



Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and stooping for extended periods
  • Requires eye/hand coordination, agility, and physical stamina



Screening Requirements

May include motor vehicle check, drug screen, and criminal background check.
