About the Role

As a designer at one of the largest automotive companies globally, you'll be at the forefront of developing engaging visual content. You'll work closely with copywriters, account managers, creative directors, strategists, and a dynamic team of creatives to produce a wide range of innovative materials. You are a proactive, adaptable professional with a penchant for collaboration and high design standards. Your focus is on crafting visually striking trough design systems and brand guidelines aligned, and flawless designs that resonate and drive results.

About You

The essentials:

  • Design Experience: 4+ years in design and branding within advertising and marketing with deep knowledge in print and digital.
  • Resilience Under Pressure: Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and meet stringent deadlines consistently.
  • Collaborative Design: Work effectively with creative leads and copywriters to achieve brand-aligned, high quality designs.
  • Professional Presentation: Present work effectively with well-reasoned rationale, especially to senior leaders and clients.
  • Critical Thinker: Leverage creative and analytical skills to assess ideas from a arquitectural lens.
  • Brand Consistency: Experience in crafting brand style guides for cohesive touchpoints and the creation of toolkits for design systems.
  • Strategic Discussion: Contribute positively and constructively to discussions from conception through production to final deliverable.
  • Industry Experience: Background in automotive or production industries preferred.
  • Digital Portfolio: A modern, digital-centric portfolio demonstrating excellence across formats (digital, video, social, etc.).
  • Software Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Slack, and other design and collaboration tools.

What We Offer

Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.
