Key Responsibilities
Serve as the local, hands-on IT presence in Trilon offices, ensuring employees receive timely, effective support
Deliver seamless technology experiences for onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning, hardware setup, and access configuration
- Support office relocations and new office setups, ensuring infrastructure, endpoints, and collaboration tools are deployed correctly
- Manage the full hardware lifecycle, including procurement, installation, maintenance, and refresh of laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Provide onsite flex support for partner integrations and major IT or business project transitions
- Conduct training sessions on Trilon’s core technologies to improve adoption and enhance the digital maturity of billable staff
- Partner with L3 engineering teams to install, configure, and troubleshoot edge infrastructure such as networking, servers, and local systems
- Document unique applications, workflows, and processes in regional offices, recommending standardized enterprise solutions when appropriate
- Partner with the helpdesk team to resolve escalated issues while also proactively addressing local IT needs
- Act as a trusted point of contact between employees and IT leadership, capturing feedback and opportunities for improvement
- Maintain IT knowledge base documentation and contribute to consistent service delivery playbooks
- Champion a culture of productivity, digital enablement, and excellent customer service
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support, field services, or workplace technology roles
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows and macOS, Active Directory, and endpoint/device management
- Familiarity with collaboration tools, meeting room technologies, and workplace networking
- Experience with onboarding, hardware provisioning, and office IT setup
- Ability to install and troubleshoot edge infrastructure with guidance from L3 engineering teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to conduct employee training and promote adoption of digital tools
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and customer-first mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field preferred; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, ITIL Foundation) a plus
- May require frequent travel between regional offices to deliver onsite services under Trilon’s IT support model
