What the day will look like

To lead the global, regional and local Corporate Customer Service strategies for multinational and corporate accounts, generating contributed and a high level of customer satisfaction in meeting their needs, with the purpose of positioning our company as the best in the market in the accompaniment and consulting in the administration of insurable benefits programs, occupational risks and to sustainably grow the assigned portfolio, ensuring compliance with sales and retention budgets, customer loyalty and a high level of commitment to our employees and colleagues.

  • Meet the goals in Commercial Risk budgets in sales in Renewals (existing) and New Business (New New and New Additional)
  • Meet the goals in Customer Retention Indicators and Roll over
  • Implement value proposals presented and accepted by clients of the assigned portfolio.
  • Meet the goals in result indicators of customer satisfaction surveys
  • Financial administration of client portfolio and business lines
  • Leadership of high-performance teams and teamwork
  • Motivation and commitment of colleagues
  • Performance and Development of collaborators

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Experience: 8 years in the Insurance or Insurance Brokerage Industry, customer service oriented, responsible for budget results and team leadership.
  • Technical knowledge: Benefits insurance Line (Health, Life, Prepaid Medical, Funeral Services, ARL), among others.
  • Studies and/or specialties: Professional in related careers (Medicine, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, among others) by profession.
  • Languages: Advanced English.
  • Technological tools: Office with advanced level in Excel.
