Starting Pay: $24.65 per hour-Final compensation is based on skillset and experience.

💻 What You’ll Do:
As a key member of our IT team, you’ll support the backbone of our health center’s technology infrastructure. Your work will ensure seamless operations across our clinics, empowering staff and providers to deliver exceptional care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Network Support: Active Directory management, antivirus monitoring, data backups, and ISP troubleshooting.
- Helpdesk Support: Daily hardware/software assistance, workstation setups, and device configuration.
- Operational Duties: Collaborate with vendors, support new site projects, manage inventory, and assist with telecom setups.
🧠 What We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience:
- Accredited college degree or technical certifications preferred
- Minimum 2 years of technical support experience required
Skills & Traits:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-directed, organized, and adaptable
- Knowledge of network systems, application support, and data security
- Willingness to grow through continuing education
