JOB SUMMARY:

- Leads the development and production of video, imagery, and copywriting assets utilizing AI platforms, ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned content that drives engagement and supports retail and business objectives
- Oversees the adoption and integration of AI-driven review and content automation tools to enhance workflow efficiency, improve content quality, and scale creative production
- Ensures all creative assets are optimized for retail platforms, with a particular emphasis on meeting Amazon marketplace requirements and enhancing product discoverability and conversion
- Designs and implements data-driven strategies to maximize brand presence, customer engagement, and conversion rates across Amazon and other retail channels
- Monitors and analyzes channel and creative performance data, leveraging insights to refine strategies, improve ROI, and inform future content initiatives
- Champions the use of advanced AI technologies to expand creative capabilities, streamline processes, and enhance channel content performance
- Develops content toolkits, playbooks, and scalable assets to support integration programs with internal teams and external retail partners
- Works closely with business development leaders, marketing teams, and external partners to deliver AI-enhanced creative solutions aligned with organizational objectives
- Supports Kenmore s brand positioning by leading AI-driven creative campaigns that strengthen visibility and brand equity in competitive retail markets
- Ensures that creative initiatives directly support overall business development, growth strategies, and long-term channel objectives
- Maintains and enforces brand consistency across all retail platforms and creative outputs, safeguarding alignment with established brand identity
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree
- 3-4 years of related experience
- 18 years of age or older
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proficiency in AI content generation tools (video, image, copywriting)
- Strong knowledge of Amazon marketplace optimization and retail content best practices
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI technologies into creative and business workflows
- Experience supporting business development initiatives and external partnerships
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities across creative and commercial objectives
