Job Summary 

The Candidate Experience Coordinator provides essential administrative and pipeline support to the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless recruitment process. This role manages requisitions, supports sourcing strategies, maintains accurate candidate data, and coordinates candidate logistics to deliver an excellent experience for both candidates and hiring teams. By ensuring smooth operations and professional interactions, this position directly supports Centralus Health’s mission of attracting and retaining top talent to better serve our communities. 

 

Job Functions  

  • Manage up to 10–15 requisitions at a time, ensuring data accuracy for job titles, codes, and locations in the ATS. 

 

  • Post job openings in the ATS and across job boards, including Handshake, Indeed, LinkedIn. 

 

  • Conduct initial sourcing using Indeed, job boards, and databases to build and maintain candidate pipelines that support proactive recruiting. 

 

  • Maintain accurate candidate statuses in the ATS and process Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) and other status updates. 

 

  • Coordinate interview scheduling, manage the recruitment calendar, and arrange candidate travel logistics when required. 

 

  • Update recruitment events and postings to ensure candidates and hiring teams have timely, accurate information. 

 

  • Provide administrative support including preparing agendas, capturing meeting notes, and supporting weekly Talent Acquisition team meetings. 

 

  • Manage the traveler platform, including placement and onboarding. 

 

  • Perform other related duties as assigned. 

 

  • *Manage contract employee documentation and maintain HRIS compliance throughout the contract period. 

 

  • Serve as primary contact for the Vendor Management System (VMS).

Physical Requirements 

  • Exerting up to 10 - 25 pounds of force occasionally in carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling objects. Sitting most of the time, with walking and standing required only occasionally. Light physical effort may be required for preparation or travel to recruitment events along with long walking distances.  

  • 90% sitting; 10% standing.

  • Must be able to remain at a workstation and move as needed to complete job tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
