VP of Partnerships – Hybrid – Montreal
We are hiring for a VP of Partnerships to join our growing team at Ampliphi in Montreal!
Ampliphi is an AI-powered revenue management solution for Smarter Hotel Pricing. Our AI-driven solutions are designed and built to optimize pricing, boost profitability, and simplify operations effortlessly.
As our VP of Partnerships, you will be the keystone of our go-to-market strategy for PMS integrations. You will build, nurture, and expand relationships with top PMS vendors globally - making our RMS solution the preferred solution for their platforms. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead a small partnerships team and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive joint solutions, co-marketing initiatives, revenue shares, and technical certification programs.

The successful candidate will be based anywhere within commutable distance of our office in Saint-Laurent, Montreal, working in a hybrid work model!
What your day will look like:
Strategic Alliance Development:
- Identify, approach, and close high-impact partners (POS providers, booking platforms, software resellers, agencies)
- Develop commercial models and partnership agreements that drive adoption and retention
- Craft multi-year joint-business plans, joint go-to-market frameworks, and governance cadences
Technical and Product Collaboration:
- Work closely with Ampliphi’s product and engineering teams to scope integration requirements, define API and data standards, and manage implementation
- Oversee partner certifications and technical onboarding, from pilot to scale
Revenue and Growth Enablement:
- Lead co-selling efforts: joint webinars, trade show presence, training programs, and marketplace listings
- Enable Ampliphi’s sales team with integration-specific value propositions and partner playbooks
- Structure and manage revenue-share/commission models that align incentives and maximize mutual growth
Team Leadership and Execution:
- Build and lead a high-performing partnerships team aligned to verticals (POS, booking, delivery, booking engines, etc.)
- Set clear KPIs for partner growth, integration milestones, and commercial impact
Market Intelligence and Advocacy:
- Represent Ampliphi at industry events, partner summits, and thought leadership forums
- Stay ahead of trends in restaurant tech and channel partner strategies – feeding insights into Ampliphi’s product roadmap
About You:
Hospitality and PMS Expertise:
- 10 – 15+ years in the hospitality technology space, with a proven track record of partnering with or at leading PMS vendors
- Deep domain knowledge of PMS architectures, data models, and integration patterns
Partnerships Leadership:
- 5+ years in a senior partnerships or alliances role, ideally at a fast-growing technology company
- Demonstrated success negotiating enterprise-grade contracts and co-innovation agreements
Global and Remote Collaboration:
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills; additional languages a plus
- Experience working across multiple time zones; able to travel internationally as needed
Leadership and Cultural Fit:
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, resourcefulness, and creative deal structuring
- Collaborative, transparent, and customer-obsessed: driven to exceed mutual goals
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
