Responsible for providing sales support and implementation for all Treasury Management products, as well as providing ongoing overall client relationship service.
Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle in-bound customer service inquiries, training and support requests pertaining to Treasury Management & Internet Banking products (including but not limited to Bill Payment, Mobile Banking, Zelle, Card Controls), while ensuring customer service quality.
- Responsible for the initiation, review and completion of the Treasury Management customer’s agreements including Cash Management services exhibits. On-Boarding process of International Personal Banking, Correspondent Banks, Business Retail and LockBox Customers.
- Follow up with potential customers and/or Banking Center Managers to aid in the collection of necessary information and documents as requested by the Treasury Management Sales team.
- Review and confirm the completeness, accuracy and adequacy of signed customer agreements, maintenance requests and cancellation forms.
- Take ownership of client needs and act as their advocate to ensure that service and product requests are completed in the timeframes agreed upon.
- Maintain relevant working knowledge of industry practices pertaining to the full suite of products and services offered.
- Communicate resolutions to customers, acts as a liaison between customer and operations department of the bank.
- Assist the Treasury Management Department on the day-to-day workflow
- This position will also serve as a backup as needed to the Senior Treasury Management Specialist.
- Performs other duties as necessary with any of the Treasury Management Department
- All other job duties as assigned by Management.
- Provide routing assistance with a portfolio of customers via telephone regarding inquiries ranging from very basic account questions to complex treasury management solutions.
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy while boarding account and customer information into various systems.
- Examine customers identification for authenticity to protect the Bank and customers against fraud losses
- Interpreting customers’ requirements and building the business customers on web-based applications and maintaining customer files/database.

- Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC)
- Know your Customer (KYC)
- Deposit related regulations (i.e. Reg. DD- Truth in Savings, Reg. E-Electronic Funds Transfer Act, etc.), as applicable
- Lending related regulations (i.e. Reg. B- Fair Lending, Reg. C-HMDA, Reg. Z- Truth Lin Lending Act, etc.), as applicable
- Community Reinvestment Act (CRA)
- Privacy
- Unfair, Deceptive, Abusive, Acts or Practices (UDAAP)

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED and minimum of five years experience in banking.
