The Associate Manager, Planning Lead is responsible for the planning process for all of IW, enabling coordination and collaboration across the IW portfolios as well as creating visibility and a holistic view for Leaders. Working collaboratively on any cross unit or cross platform projects or initiatives, the role is is responsible for facilitating the planning and governance of large and complex programs or multiple projects impacting Individual Wealth (IW). This role has overall responsibility to manage the planning & governance of a group of related programs and/or projects in a coordinated manner to obtain benefits not available from managing them individually.
What you will do
- Lead the IW Portfolio for the Divisional Planning Cycle, ensuring collaboration across stakeholders
- Provide guidance and overall governance leadership to the project/program team members
- Facilitate high-level planning to maximize resource, manage costs, and ensure proper gating
- Understand business needs and build cooperation across multiple business units with divergent priorities
- Maintain tracking and reporting for stakeholders to provide an integrated perspective on all initiatives
- Explore opportunities for reallocating resources & funds to maximize efficiency and impact across strategic initiatives
- Oversees and prepares road-maps and planning, ensuring resolution of cross program/project conflicts or risks
- Support IW Planning Leads in developing Program level business cases and governance structure

The base salary for this position is between $70,500 - $ 117,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
