Qualified Candidates:

• Have experience in sales and/or team supervision, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, or gym. Massage industry experience is a plus, but not required

• Are team players with leadership potential who can support, motivate, and help guide others

• Are comfortable having honest and constructive conversations

• Help foster a positive, professional culture where staff feel valued, supported, and connected to the mission

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Support the Manager in daily operations, including membership sales, retail promotion, inventory control, and scheduling

• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting a welcoming, safe, and therapeutic environment

• Step in to resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care

• Assist in training, coaching, and developing team members to meet performance goals

• Help ensure all policies, procedures, and compliance standards are followed consistently

• Monitor business performance and help identify opportunities for improvement
