What you’ll do:
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Emma’s Quality Management System.
  • Assist in the coordination of product claims and help analyze customer feedback to improve product quality.
  • Participate in first production validations, quality checks, and supplier audits.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes.
  • Work closely with the Quality Manager and collaborate with other teams including R&D, Procurement, and Operations.
  • Contribute to quality data analysis and help prepare internal reporting on supplier performance and claims.
  • Help ensure Emma’s products meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.


    • Who we’re looking for:
  • You’re studying or have recently completed a degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field.
  • You’re curious, hands-on, and eager to learn about Quality Assurance in a fast-paced production environment.
  • You enjoy solving problems and want to be involved in real improvement projects.
  • You’re comfortable working in English and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • You’re interested in growing into a long-term position within the QA or production team after the internship.
