As a Sr. Data Scientist, you will leverage advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to solve complex problems and provide actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to influence business strategy and drive growth. You will lead efforts in developing models, analyzing large datasets, and communicating findings to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Data Science/Machine Learning Model Management and Development
- Develop, enhance, and test new machine learning models to support business growth initiatives.
- Design, prototype, and productionize LLM-powered solutions (e.g., retrieval-augmented generation, summarization, information extraction and classification) aligned to business use cases.
- Conduct deep dive analysis and identify variance drivers.
- Evaluate model performance and monitor for drift.
- Implement thorough testing and evaluation to ensure model and code quality.
Data Analysis and Visualization
- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights.
- Provide clear and actionable reporting for stakeholders.
- Handle ad-hoc analytics requests to support business decisions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and patterns.
- Ensure data quality through rigorous data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, provide data-driven recommendations, and influence strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance data and analytics capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to enhance data modeling and testing platforms.
- Communicate the value of data analytics to non-technical teams and guide them in applying insights.
- Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in data science/analytics roles, with a minimum of 3+ years focused on data science/machine learning modeling.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Python, PySpark for machine learning, data exploration, and analysis.
- Strong SQL skills with expertise in handling complex SQL scripts.
- Familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks, including pandas, NumPy, seaborn, matplotlib, MLFlow, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Experience with fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and deploying LLMs in production environments.
- Data Handling: Experience working with large, semi-structured datasets.
- Modeling Expertise: Proven experience in predictive modeling, machine learning techniques, and developing robust data science models.
- Communication: Ability to simplify and communicate complex data and advanced analytics to stakeholders in an actionable manner.
- Statistical Proficiency: Proficiency in A/B testing and strong knowledge of Bayesian and frequentist statistics, including concepts such as correlation, regression, and hypothesis testing.
- Ideally open to working in Eastern or Central time zone.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau/PowerBI.
- Experience working with data lakes and Databricks platform.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Compensation
- Base Salary Range - $115,000 - $125,000
- Bonus - 10% of annual earnings
