DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP)
Full-Time, Hourly $21.00 – $23.10/hour
ASSISTANT RESIDENTIAL MANAGER (ARM)
- High School Diploma required
- One (1) year experience working with developmentally disabled adults, required.
- Valid NYS driver’s license and approved to drive by DDI’s Transportation Department
- Working knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and Positive Behavioral Support
Full time, hourly $24.00- $26.40

We will be interviewing for various positions including Direct Support Professionals and Assistant Residential Managers that range from full time to part time shifts

The Role: As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You will work closely with them, assisting with daily living activities, fostering their independence, promoting their well-being, and helping them connect with their communities. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a tangible difference. This position requires a valid NYS Driver's License for 18+ months with a clean driving history and successful completion of DDI's Transportation Orientation. New Hires that do not meet these criteria will be offered a lower rate, starting at $19.00/hour.
The Role: As an Assistant Residential Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You will work closely with the staff in assisting with daily living activities, fostering their independence, promoting their well-being, and helping them connect with their communities. You will be essential in providing support for program management and assist in oversight of house operations and employees. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships with DDI employees and stakeholders, while making a tangible difference in the lives of the people DDI supports.
