Circle of Life is growing, and we have an opening for an Operations Manager to join our Rosebud office. This is a dual-role position responsible for leading both the Rosebud office and providing operational support across North and South Dakota. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency while also supporting the Regional Director of Operations in managing state-wide initiatives.

Branch duties (Rosebud office):
- Manage Rosebud day-to-day branch operations, ensuring client and organizational needs are met.
- Provide leadership, training, and support to branch office staff. Facilitate weekly staff meetings and provide regular performance-based feedback.
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage staff to successfully work with a diverse population.
- Oversee core office operations including payroll processing, budgeting, and compliance.
- Foster strong referral relationships and market services to clients, families and additional referral sources.
Operations Manager duties (North & South Dakota)
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Regional Director of Operations including, but not limited to, supporting the implementation of state-wide initiatives and strategic priorities.
- Assist with monitoring regulatory compliance across multiple offices.
- Help drive growth strategies, outreach efforts, and community engagement within the Dakotas region. Provide mentorship, guidance, and operational support to other branch leaders as needed.
Qualifications
Qualified applicants will have 2 years of management experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal and customer service skills. Healthcare and/or home care administration experience preferred. Ability to travel 10-20%.
