We're looking for a commercially astute HR Business Partner to join us on a fixed term contract, to lead core HR processes, act as a trusted advisor to people managers, and drive strategic recruitment and development initiatives across our UK teams.

As HR Business Partner, you’ll deliver expert HR guidance, lead direct recruitment and help us attract, retain, and develop TOP talent. You’ll be a key voice in driving performance, engagement, and organisational growth - while championing our inclusive and collaborative culture.

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months commencing November 2025, based in St Albans, with four days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to align people strategies with business goals
  • Lead direct recruitment efforts, reducing agency spend and enhancing candidate experience
  • Grow our employer brand through LinkedIn and other channels
  • Coach managers on performance, engagement, and team development
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies, employment law, and best practices
  • Manage employee relations cases with fairness and consistency
  • Design and deliver development workshops and training events
  • Drive performance management cycles and feedback culture
  • Promote learning and development initiatives for career growth
  • Monitor employee engagement and support action planning
  • Champion our TOP values and foster an inclusive workplace
  • Support change management and organisational development projects

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field from a top university
  • Master’s degree desirable
  • CIPD Level 5 or above (or working towards) preferred

Experience & Skills:

  • Proven generalist HR experience in a fast-paced or complex environment
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Passionate about recruitment and talent development
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially aware with strategic thinking ability
  • Able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • High integrity, discretion, and professionalism
