Position: Winter Wonderland Attendant
Reports To: Guest Experience Manager
Department: Programming
Job Type: Part-time, seasonal
Term of Employment: Thanksgiving – New Years

Position Overview:
This position works directly with the Guest Experience Team for all properties in Cape May, NJ. This position is responsible for supporting and implementing initiatives as defined by the Guest Experience Team and assisting on programming events for Winter Wonderland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists on day-of event and participates where most needed.
- Acts on behalf of the Guest Experience Team as a Host and guides groups of all ages in activities and attractions.
- Manages reservations, collects payments, and ensures appropriate accounting for necessary events.
- Resolves any issues, complaints, and/or problems to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Represents Cape Resorts/Congress Hall in a positive light by expressing enthusiasm, energy and positive vibes within the organization and consistently upholds the company ethics and values
Qualifications:
- Must be available on weekends and holidays
- All employees must maintain a neat and clean appearance per Cape Resorts standards
- 1 - 2 years of experience in hospitality preferred
- Basic knowledge of Cape May and the Cape Resorts properties a plus
