ABOUT THE ROLE
The Seasonal Watch Assembler – Test Equipment Operator will play an important part in our production process by operating and monitoring test equipment to ensure our watches meet the highest standards of quality and performance. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on manufacturing experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This is a seasonal position that will run through the end of our busy holiday season, concluding on December 23, 2025.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate test equipment to ensure proper functionality and quality of assembled watches.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and follow standard operating procedures.
- Carefully handle small instruments and components with precision.
- Maintain focus and attention to detail in repetitive tasks.
- Adhere to all safety and clean-room protocols.
- Support assembly operations as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Team-oriented and collaborative.
- Ability to focus on tasks for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
- Must pass a drug screen and national criminal background check.
- Previous experience in electrical or mechanical assembly is a plus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Proper protective attire will be provided and must be worn at all times.
- Operators are required to wear company-provided smocks, caps, and antistatic shoes.
- The watch manufacturing area is a clean-room environment with restrictions on personal items.
- This role will interact with colleagues in a light industrial manufacturing space with moderate to high noise levels.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Sit for long periods while performing repetitive tasks.
- Ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble small objects.
- Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and close-range vision (20/20 corrected).
