SymphonyAI is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Retail-CPG Sales Operation to join our Global Retail/CPG division.
This individual will be a strategic partner to sales leaders across North America, EMEA, and APAC, ensuring SymphonyAI’s go-to-market execution is globally consistent, locally adaptable, and scaled for growth.
This role requires a strong mix of operational rigor, cross-cultural collaboration, and strategic planning. The Senior Manager will drive forecasting, territory design, quota management, and pipeline analytics across regions, while tailoring processes to support global enterprise customers and multi-country deal structures.
What you will do:
Global Sales Strategy & Planning
Partner with global Retail/CPG sales leadership to design territory structures, account coverage models, and quota allocations across regions.
Develop international capacity models aligned with regional enterprise account structures .
Support annual and quarterly planning, ensuring alignment across regions with centralized reporting and governance.
Forecasting & Global Sales Execution
Lead forecasting processes for global Retail/CPG accounts with complex, multi-product sales cycles.
Provide visibility into pipeline health across regions, including global roll-ups and regional breakdowns.
Ensure Salesforce data integrity across regions, harmonizing account hierarchies and opportunity structures for global and regional accounts.
Process Optimization & Enablement
Standardize global sales processes while enabling regional flexibility to account for market differences.
Partner with Enablement to deliver consistent global reporting, playbooks, and processes for engaging multinational accounts.
Drive adoption and best practices of sales tools across regional teams.
Analytics & Insights
Build global dashboards that provide consolidated and regional views of performance, pipeline, and productivity.
Deliver insights on account penetration, expansion opportunities, and key win/loss trends.
Identify leading indicators of global growth, regional risks, and whitespace opportunities.
Cross-functional & Regional Collaboration
Partner with Finance on global forecasting, quota attainment, and revenue modeling.
Collaborate with regional marketing teams on lead management and campaign ROI across geographies.
Partner with Product and Customer Success to incorporate global customer feedback into solution development and delivery.
Serve as a bridge between global leadership and regional sales leaders to align execution with strategy.
