About Decisiv
Decisiv Service Relationship Management (SRM) is the industry standard for asset service management for commercial vehicles. Volvo, Mack, Peterbilt, Kenworth, Hino, Isuzu, Tico and Michelin, service programs are all built on the Decisiv foundation. We made that happen through the creation of our SRM Ecosystem.
The Decisiv SRM Ecosystem is built on the principle that service is most efficient when all the related people, service locations, diagnostic and telematics data, and business and financial management systems, are available in one interconnected solution. It enables direct, constant exchange of asset and service data for decision-making, approvals, and communication between every participant in a service event— service providers, fleet owners, and managers, and manufacturers, and call centers. It is a system of engagement that works as the foundation for the entire asset service management process, and it is made increasingly effective as the number of connected elements grows.
