About the Visual Merchandising Manager
As the Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for implementing visual standards across all channels as well as overseeing the strategic placement of products and using data and sales results to find the best method for visually promoting products. The VMM will work closely with the Marketing Communications Department, Retail team, Sales and other company team members. The VMM will report to the Director, Marketing Communications.
The Visual Merchandising Manager will be Responsible for:
Own Retail Support
- Partner with the team in Germany and localize the corporate VM guidelines.
- Provide updates and directives to the team for dissemination and implementation across our stores.
- Establish quarterly plan-o-grams to keep the stores visually interesting to the end consumer.
- Establish VM guidelines and consistency across both seasonal campaigns and new product launches.
- Establish the look and feel for everyday signage for the FOC and Brand stores.
- Emotionalize our brands within our stores.
- Analyze sales and make any necessary shifts to the store layouts.
- Determine placement withing the stores to maximize sales.
- Travel to each store (focusing on the FOC’s) 1-2 times or as necessary.
Independent Retailer Support:
- Work with the Director of Sales to establish a yearly plan for the Retail Highlight Fixture program. Provide monthly plan-o-grams. Engage with the stores and TM’s to ensure compliance.
- Establish visual updates for the Digital Walls through signage, mini-museum updates, etc.
- Analyze in-store opportunities for additional retail placement.
National Accounts
- Work with the National Account Managers to establish relationships to determine opportunities within this channel.
Qualifications/ Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Marketing, Design, Merchandising with experience in branding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Is adept at both working independently and collaborating with others
- A strategic thinker who likes to test and learn
- Skilled at effectively communicating and collaborating with fellow employees and any outside agencies.
- Has solid organizational skills - planning, expediting, prioritizing, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

Salary Range: $80,000.00- $100,000.00 USD per year contingent upon experience.
