Water Spyder Operator – 1st Shift
Pay: $18–$21/hour
Location: Lake Air Products, Little Chute, WI
Lake Air Products is a fast-growing company driven by our core values: Customer Focus, Passion for Performance, and Right People-Best Teams. We’re seeking a 1st Shift Water Spyder Operator in our Fabrication Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Move raw materials and finished products throughout the plant
Stock workstations and replenish supplies to ensure uninterrupted production
Load/unload carts and visually inspect materials
Collaborate with team members to address shortages and improve flow
Support lean manufacturing and inventory control
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to lift 50+ lbs throughout the day
- Ability to push/pull carts weighing up to 1500lb
- Ability to stand on your feet for 10 hours performing physically laborious tasks with minimal breaks
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
Schedule: Full-time, 1st Shift
Environment: Industrial setting (non-air-conditioned); PPE required
