Position Summary
We’re seeking a full-time Senior Consumer Insight Analyst for our Los Angeles-based corporate office. You will collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to identify key business questions and design research studies that inform strategic decisions. You will lead the end-to-end execution of consumer research projects, including study design, data analysis, reporting, and presentation delivery—while managing timelines, deliverables, and proactive communication. Your insights will be actionable, rooted in consumer understanding, and contextualized within broader business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, manage, and execute qualitative and quantitative consumer research projects (surveys, focus groups, in-depth interviews)
- Analyze data and report findings to inform strategic decisions
- Translate and present results into clear and actionable insights that drive business actions and portfolio strategy
- Working independently: Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, creative, and leadership teams while also driving projects independently with minimal oversight
- Leverage a range of tools and methodologies, including competitive and marketplace analytics, internal data platforms, consumer trend and forecasting services, custom quantitative survey development and analysis, qualitative research design and moderation, and emerging research technologies
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in consumer insights/market research
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a focus on consumer insights/market research
- Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative consumer research
- Familiarity with research tools and methodologies; experience supporting primary and secondary research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and quantitative/analytical skills
- Detail-oriented, creative thinker, and poised presenter
- High level of drive, creativity, and vision
- Proven ability to collaborate and partner across functions and all levels within an organization
- Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to form strong professional and working relationships
