SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead management activities and outreach staff.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Family Support Specialist III provides comprehensive family support, referrals, and community coordination to promote economic self-sufficiency and enhance residents' quality of life. They lead the team in developing strategies to ensure family stability and success.
JOB RESPONSIBLTIES:
- Lead family support meetings to review complex issues and ensure residents receive necessary services.
- Coordinate with On-site Project Manager and service providers based on resident progress.
- Monitor data quality and completeness in LEARN.
- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
- Analyze data and develop strategies with the Senior Project Manager and management team.
- Conduct intake, assessments, and visits for residents.
- Assist residents in accessing community resources.
- Advocate for residents and coordinate service delivery.
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality of resident information.
- Enter and track resident data in LEARN.
- Maintain effective partnerships internally and externally.
- Participate in program meetings and other related meetings.
- Perform assigned job duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master’s preferred, or equivalent education/experience.
- 5 years of nonprofit or human services experience.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a car for work.
- Ability to handle privileged information confidentially.
- Strong independent and teamwork skills.
- Availability for evening/weekend events and travel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in facilitating group processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Data analysis for resident-driven program designs.
- Respect for confidentiality and cultural sensitivity.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other software.
