Position Summary:

The Project Management Coordinator – HR Shared Services Governance supports the strategic and operational execution of HR initiatives across the Global HR Shared Services function. This role ensures governance standards are upheld, facilitates project tracking and reporting, and enables cross-functional collaboration to drive consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement in HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support governance-related HR projects, including process improvement, compliance, and technology implementations.
  • Maintain project documentation, timelines, and dashboards to ensure visibility and accountability across initiatives.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Track progress against project milestones and escalate risks or delays to leadership.
  • Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
  • Collaborate with HR functional leads, Shared Services teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for leadership and governance forums.
  • Monitor adherence to governance frameworks, policies, and controls.
  • Contribute to change management and communication efforts related to HR projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably within HR or Shared Services.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Familiarity with HR processes, systems, and service delivery models is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting operational governance, compliance, or process improvements.
  • Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP) or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of HRIS platforms and service management tools (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow).
  • Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
