Benefits Coordinator – HR Service Delivery
The HR Service Delivery Benefits Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for employees with HR-related inquiries, focusing on benefits administration. This role manages HR service workflows, assists with benefits-related processes, maintains accurate employee records, and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Employee Support and Communication
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and related matters via phone, email, and chat.
Provide Tier 1 support for benefits-related service tickets and general HR service requests.
Assist employees with inquiries regarding health, dental, life, and other related benefits.
Benefits Administration
Maintain benefits-related records and ensure accurate payroll deductions.
Update employee addresses and other relevant data in benefits systems.
Support the preparation and execution of employee benefits meetings and incentive programs.
Distribute required employee notices and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
HR Process Management
Support onboarding and offboarding processes with a focus on benefits-related transitions.
Collaborate with HR team members and managers to resolve employee issues efficiently.
Prepare reports such as biweekly employee updates, new-hire reports, and absenteeism records.
Maintain and update organizational charts, phone directories, and related HR documents.
Data Management & Compliance
Maintain confidential and accurate employee records and databases.
Log and document employee interactions using the HR Service Management System.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations and labor laws.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline service delivery and improve employee experience.
Suggest improvements for process optimization and automation.
Other Duties
Other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Physical Nature of the Job:
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 15 pounds of force occasionally in carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling objects. Sitting most of the time, with walking and standing required only occasionally
