As the Domestic Violence Family Court Advocate, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
- Conduct thorough client intakes, including needs assessments, safety planning, and development of individualized support plans.
- Advocate on behalf of clients with attorneys, law guardians, CPS, probation officers, and other court-affiliated professionals to ensure their needs and concerns are considered.
- Connect clients with relevant community resources and human services, including mental health providers, housing supports, parenting programs, and financial assistance.
- Work with the Program Director to coordinate training sessions, partner planning meetings, and outreach events that raise awareness and build capacity across community systems.
- Submit required reports and data in a timely manner and assist with program evaluations and outcome tracking
Domestic Violence Family Court Advocate Minimum Salary: $20.00 / Hour
Domestic Violence Family Court Advocate Maximum Salary: $20.00 / Hour
Domestic Violence Family Court Advocate: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM (35 hours per week); Must have availability for on call shifts.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 to 3 years experience
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
Preferred Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in Human Services
